About Us

Roots in the Field, Built for the Community

For years, our team at Entry Express has had the privilege of being a part of your weekend mornings, your hunt tests, and your field trials. We have watched your dogs work, celebrated your milestones, and helped manage entries and results for nearly every AKC retriever event in the country.

Through that journey, we learned something important: the work doesn't stop when the last ribbon is handed out. Behind every successful trial or hunt test is a dedicated local club working hard year-round to manage rosters, track dues, and keep members connected.

That is why we built Membership Express.

A Natural Extension of What We Do

We created Membership Express as a natural extension of our commitment to the retriever community. Our goal is simple: to take the administrative headache out of running your club so you can spend less time behind a computer and more time out in the field.

We know the unique rhythm of retriever clubs. We understand what it takes to coordinate local, Parent breed, and National organizations. By bringing the same reliability you trust from Entry Express to your everyday club management, we are here to support the clubs that keep our sport alive.

Why Clubs Trust Membership Express

Built for Handlers: We created a unique, unified portal where handlers can seamlessly manage their local club, Parent breed club, and National memberships all from a single dashboard.

Designed for Volunteers: We eliminate the paperwork with automated, secure dues collection, giving your board zero PCI compliance headaches.

Focused on Club Pride: We help you celebrate your members by automatically tracking your club's annual High Achievers.
